Get used to incorporating dynamic stretches before and after your workouts in order to avoid muscle strain.

When it comes to gym equipment, don’t get ahead of yourself. For the newbies, we cover a lot of it during your induction, but if there’s ever a machine you’re not sure of, don’t hesitate to ask a member of staff or your personal trainer to show you the ropes. We’re always adding to our facilities and using machines incorrectly can be very dangerous. Taking the time to perfect your techniques will really benefit your workouts.
